INTERNATIONAL TRUCK BODY PATENTED SNAP-LOCK WALL PANELS
Snap-Lock wall panels are designed to outlast traditional sheet and post techniques, while also providing substantial weight savings without compromising on strength. All of our unique Snap-Lock wall panels are manufactured from high-strength, lightweight, and corrosion-resistant 10-gauge extruded aluminum, making it the ideal choice for providing the core structure for custom designed truck bodies, trailers, and enclosures. As the panels snap together, they form thick and sturdy wall posts at 12″ on centre that require no mechanical or adhesive fasteners for a rivet-free exterior and smooth fastener-free finished surface.

ROOF CONSTRUCTION
All of our roofs use an extruded aluminum perimeter roof edge that works in conjunction with the extruded aluminum wall panels and roof bows and are custom designed to meet each customer’s specific requirements. Choose between our standard roofs—sheeted with 1-piece aluminum or translucent fiberglass over roof bows at 24″ on centre—and our walk-on roof systems—manufactured from extruded aluminum bows at 12″ on centre with an optional seamless roof membrane applied over 12-gauge aluminum sheeting. Our roof systems are also built to withstand even the most extreme weather conditions.
FLOORING
Three types of flooring are available depending on your duty cycle. Choose from heavy-duty aluminum, light-duty aluminum and hardwood flooring. For custom applications we are able to accommodate most requests.
FRAME CONSTRUCTION
All of the International Truck body frames are custom engineered to meet each customer’s specific requirements. Applications from lightweight demands for the transportation industry to withstanding the heavy stress of the mining industry. While steel frames tend to be the most popular, we also offer aluminum frames. All of our steel frames come with a protective undercoating, galvanization is available upon request.
DOOR CONSTRUCTION
ITB doors are constructed from aluminum extrusions and are crafted to meet the exact specifications of each customer and application, allowing for unlimited options for installation, placement, size, and thickness. All of our aluminum doors come with high-quality automotive rubber seals to keep out moisture and dust. Roll-up doors are also sized to order to each application and are available in various materials including powered roll-up options.
